Empowering the UofN

Empowering the UofN

Arua, Uganda

YWAM Arua is located in the northwest corner of Uganda near the borders of DR Congo and South Sudan. God led us to this strategic location to be a Bridge of Healing to the war-torn nations around. Arua has recently been granted “city” status, and hosts a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, ATMs and a resort with a nice swimming pool. This corner of Uganda is also home to many refugees from South Sudan and DR Congo.

We welcome you

YWAM Arua and East Africa Elders invite you to join us in Uganda, the Pearl of Africa, from 7 – 13 January 2020 for the first UniQuip in East Africa! The UofN training equips missionaries for their God-given roles, and UniQuip seeks to make those trainings relevant to our locations and contexts. We believe God will impart more of His heart for the UofN training as we gather together with various leaders from within the University.
